While you cannot pause your subscription, you can cancel your paid Premium Subscription and resubscribe when you’re ready. After canceling, you’ll continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current paid subscription period. You will continue to have access to all Free features of the Happiest Baby App even after your Premium Subscription ends.
Happiest Baby App Premium Subscriptions included with SNOO and Pre-Loved SNOO purchases or SNOO Rentals cannot be paused or cancelled; however, the subscription that comes with purchase or rental will not automatically renew. See subscription details.
Please note: Once your paid Premium Subscription ends, you will no longer have access to SNOO data, content in the Explore tab, or advanced SNOO settings. All Premium features will be disabled after the subscription ends, and any Premium settings will revert to standard settings. If you renew your subscription, all Premium features will be available and SNOO sleep and soothing data will be restored.
To restart your subscription:
- Navigate to the Profile icon on the bottom right-hand corner of your App screen.
- Under Account Settings, click Subscription.
- View your Happiest Baby Premium Subscription status, renewal date, and other subscription-related details.
- Choose the Premium plan that works best for your family: Monthly, 6-Month, or 12-Month.
